Northern Metalic, one of the largest and most diversified industrial supply houses in Western Canada, teamed up with Scott Builders and Laviolette to design and build this attractive facility. From this outstanding facility, Northern Metalic provides a wide range of industrial supplies and services to the Commercial sectors.

Offering a full suite of radiation safety services including detection, repair and testing, Stuart Hunt had their Design-Build Team work with Scott to include one of the two (2) leading training facilities their firm has in Canada in the basic design as well as a 2 storey office area and large warehouse.

Scott Builders originally teamed up with Cervus Equipment in 2015 to Design and Build a new dealership facility for them in Ponoka, Alberta. Recently taken over by Brandt Agriculture, the Ponoka facility carries the widest selection of John Deere equipment parts and accessories.

Multiple Car Washes / Convenience Stores for Shell
Size: Each project approximately 3,270 sq. ft.

Scott worked collaboratively with the Shell Team and EXP to complete six (6) of these facilities in the Edmonton area plus an additional facility in Calgary. Construction took place simultaneously and was completed on time, on target. Pictured are completed projects, Shell Jagare Edmonton and Shell – Westwind, Edmonton.

Ste. Anne Natural Gas Cooperative (SANG Co-op Ltd.) is the largest rural gas distribution system in Alberta with service to over 6,700 members and maintaining over 4,500 km of gas pipeline. Scott constructed their new facility using a Butler Engineered Building system with maintenance-free roof and walls and column-free interior.
