The second floor is divided into Primary care network space as well as a fully functioning dental clinic.

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Crossroads has been part of the Natural Gas Distribution and marketing industry since 1973 and has grown from 1300 services that year to 3300 in 2020. Working with Scott’s in house design team, Crossroads chose a Butler Engineered building system for their 20,647 sq. ft facility incorporating Butler roof and wall systems, along with conventional materials into the design. Space is split evenly between Administrative Offices and Shop. Form of contract was Design-Build with Scott assuming full responsibility for both Design and Construction.
