This creative design resulted in a facility built on a radius which increases in elevation as you move around the structure and reduces wind effect around busy loading areas. It also called for some unique construction sequencing. The exterior is architecturally pleasing with a combination of various materials. The interior is built with high end acoustics and incorporates the decorative acoustic panels as a finish.

Three buildings consisting of 21 lease bays plus a stand-alone building for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen make up this project. The three CRU buildings and complex signage sport unique tree motifs.

This project included the construction of a CRU that is home for Dollarama, Pet Valu and Bob’s Liquor stores. A new grocery store was also built on site by Scott Builders.
