The facility is located in the McKnight Industrial Business Park where Scott worked with the developer closely in providing exclusive Design-Build services. Scott carried out extensive renovations for one of the most diverse motor sports dealerships in Canada, marketing Yamaha, Honda and Arctic Cat sport products.

Combining conventional steel with a Butler pre-engineered metal building system provided a solid structure for this new Ford dealership. In addition to the showroom, the interior includes a commercial kitchen to allow a comfortable place for clients to relax and pass the time waiting for their vehicles.

This dealership will catch your eye with its glass showroom reaching out above their landscaped lot. Completed in 2005, this was the first of several facilities Scott has since constructed for this client.

Completed in 2015, this project included a renovation of the interior and exterior of the dealership to bring it up to GM’s standard model.

A true Canadian icon is Tim Hortons and Scott were pleased to construct this facility in Black Diamond. The familiar restaurant and coffee house had very specific design elements that were strictly adhered to throughout the construction process.
