Construction Management

Under the Construction Management method, the Owner generally begins by securing the Services of an Architect, then follows by selecting a Builder (Construction Manager) to work closely with his chosen Design Team, both under separate contracts. Benefits arise when Owner, Designer and Construction Manager collaborate early in the project design phase to achieve best practices including improved cost control, greater choice of options and an earlier start to construction, all on an “open book” basis.
