Nestled amongst the mountains in Kamloops, BC, this crossdock is complete with a two-storey office on one end and an ambient temperature warehouse on the opposite end. The office area incorporates several offices, a staff lounge, 2 lunchrooms and a boardroom large enough to hold 35 people. This Kamloops project is the 4th project Scott has constructed for them.

This impressive facility comprises sales & service, welding, body and paint shops plus a parts area. The Service Shop has 24 bays with two 5-ton overhead cranes, a dynamometer bay and gear room. The Body Shop has 14 bays with two full-sized paint booths and a frame alignment area. The 2-story parts area totals 28,000 sq. ft. Amenities for the staff include a full service cafeteria and a rooftop patio. Scott also completed facilities in Calgary and Red Deer for Western Star.

The Edmonton facility (43,776 sq. ft.) was undertaken following Scott’s successful completion of the TransX Calgary facility (60,000 sq. ft.). It is comprised of a cross dock, repair shop and a two-story office area. The project included tractor and trailer parking as well as a sally port to control traffic.

This attractive facility features a front entrance showroom, service shop with two 5-ton overhead cranes, a gear room and welding shop plus a body shop with full-sized paint booth and frame straightening area. A Parts area and an Administration area finish off the building. The front elevation was designed to depict the smokestacks from a Peterbilt truck.

Scott have designed and built three (3) facilities for Peterbilt-Calgary in Red Deer, Calgary and Winnipeg. Also, several additions were completed at two of the locations. The Red Deer project features a Parts and Showroom, Service area with two lube pits, two 5-ton overhead cranes and a wash bay. Three years later, an addition consisting of truck maintenance and repair areas was completed.

Mustang is a diversified general freight carrier offering both LTL and TL services in British Columbia and Alberta. Scott built this facility complete with a 24-door freight handling warehouse, storage for 18 trailers and 13 tractors plus a two-storey office.

Premay handles heavy hauling for the petroleum, energy, mining and construction sectors while Canadian Dewatering offers fluid management solutions and large scale dewatering

Manitoulin Transport has the most extensive transportation network in North America. Their Acheson terminal features 94 tractor and 341 trailer parking stalls as well as a fueling facility, large freezer and cooler area. The cross dock, originally 78 doors has been expanded to 90 doors or 123,476 sq. ft. There is also a service garage and 2-storey administration office. Scott also designed and built new facilities for Manitoulin in Calgary, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray and Wabasca, Alberta.

This facility is located on airport land. The floor is designed to withstand an impressive 120,000lb. load. In-slab scales and scissor lifts were also installed for unloading bulk cargo.
