Cummins Western Canada

Kamloops, British Columbia

Project Summary:
This attractive facility is comprised of 5,574 sq. ft. of office, 4,700 sq. ft. of parts warehouse and 14,120 sq. ft. of service shop with Dyno and wash bay. The shop is fully compressed natural gas (CNG) compliant.

As they do when they build in other provinces, Scott Builders managed this project from one of their Alberta branches executing the work by putting a senior Superintendent on site fulltime and engaging local Kamloops area sub-contracts as well as labour. The on-site Superintendent worked in tandem with the office-based Project Manager who made bi-weekly visits to the site for Site/Owner meetings and detailed quality and schedule reviews. Scott also engaged a hand-picked architectural firm to be part of the Design Build Team. The result was an on time, on budget, on target project.

Cummins Western Canada have also had Scott complete a similar project for them in Sparwood, BC
