Manitoulin Transport has the most extensive transportation network in North America. Their Acheson terminal features 94 tractor and 341 trailer parking stalls as well as a fueling facility, large freezer and cooler area. The cross dock, originally 78 doors has been expanded to 90 doors or 123,476 sq. ft. There is also a service garage and 2-storey administration office. Scott also designed and built new facilities for Manitoulin in Calgary, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray and Wabasca, Alberta.

Triple Random Inc. serves the heavy industrial construction, resource, manufacturing, up-stream and mid-stream sectors of the oil and gas industry. The Acheson location has a two-storey office and adjoining four (4) bay maintenance shop.
