A repeat project for Ronmor Developers, this is a multi-building commercial development. Its original tenants included Shoppers Drug Mart, Sobeys Spirits, Royal Bank of Canada, Waves Coffee House, Booster Juice and Pathway Animal Clinic.

Scott Builders constructed four (4) of the six (6) buildings on this site with construction wrapping up in 2006. It was the first of three (3) projects Scott Builders and Ronmor teamed up on. Original tenants included Starbucks, Subway, Blockbuster Video, Astha Restaurant, and Co-op Strip Mall.

Aviation Crossing is a ten acre master planned mixed-use development with over 100,000 sq. ft. of leasable property. Scott Builders completed Phases 1-5A with the latest work, Phases 3 & 5A. Each phase comprised of the design and build of a multi-tenant lease bay.

Multiple Car Washes / Convenience Stores for Shell
Size: Each project approximately 3,270 sq. ft.

Design Team: Shell, Scott Builders Inc. and consultant EXP
Scott worked collaboratively with the Shell Team and EXP to complete six (6) of these facilities in the Edmonton area plus an additional facility in Calgary. Construction took place simultaneously and was completed on time, on target. Pictured are completed projects, Shell Jagare Edmonton and Shell – Westwind, Edmonton.
