This warehouse and office was constructed by Scott Builder in 2019 for the leading manufacturer and distributor of home improvement products, STIHL. It’s structure, building envelope and sprinkler system had to be designed to FM Global specifications. The roof is a TPO membrane with interior slopes up to 9.5%.
