About the project

Parkland Lodge was an older facility of multiple wings. Scott worked with local trades to demolish and rebuild one wing as well as renovate another resulting in a new 3-storey wood-framed addition. It consists of 105 suites, gathering spaces, administration areas, library and support areas. To expedite the schedule, this project was broken down into three phases and Scott cycled trades and scopes of work in sequence. This project won the Red Deer Construction Association award for “Project of the Year Over $7.5 Million Category 2020”.
