Acquired in 2021 by Lacombe Centre GP Inc., the mall was slated for a full-scale revitalization to modernize its infrastructure, redesign its aesthetics, and attract new tenants.

To avoid a six-month delay, Scott Builders implemented an innovative solution by boring beneath the existing mall to connect power. This approach allowed the tenant to open the Starbucks on time and within budget.
The project’s initial budget of $3.29M increased to $3.67M due to client-requested scope enhancements. Despite the budget adjustment, Scott Builders met all key milestones by maintaining project momentum and using agile management strategies.
