Also known as a Stipulated Price Contract or Lump Sum, this sequential Design-Bid-Build method reflects hiring a Design Consultant to produce the Construction Documents necessary to competitively tender a project. Upon the Owner’s selection of a Contractor based on the bids received, the Project can proceed directly to Construction, however, limits an exchange of ideas during the design stage commonly found in other methods of project delivery. Scott remain active in this market and consistently collaborate with the Architect and Owner to produce on-time, on-budget construction, while maintaining a high level of sub-trade, supplier, contacts to assure competitiveness and performance right across the full Service/Product line and with every Project.
