Completed: May 2017                                              This development includes a fully developed 12.27 acre site complete with retention pond, storage yard, parking areas and landscaping.
The building is a composite pre-engineered steel facility (bottom 8′ of shop has pre-cast walls) and includes a two-storey operations support area with offices, common areas, change rooms and a multi-bay shop with maintenance, welding AG service, utility and wash bay.
The maintenance, welding and utility bays are serviced by overhead 10-ton cranes.
