PROJECT SUMMARY
Built on 6.3 acres of land in Red Deer’s Edgar Industrial Park, this 35,000 sq. ft. facility was designed in a T shape with the bottom leg housing a wash bay, stores, shop/maintenance space, emergency vehicle storage space, pipe threading and fustion rooms as well as related office and staff areas. The top of the T houses the administration of the three main field groups including private offices and bull pen areas, meeting and training rooms, and conference room. This was a Design-Build project and Atco had their Key Department Heads participate directly with Scott design staff…as a team, during the entire design phase resulting in an exceptionally functional and attractive facility.
