PROJECT SUMMARY:
Crossroads has been part of the Natural Gas Distribution and marketing industry since 1973 and has grown from 1300 services that year to 3300 in 2020. Working with Scott’s in house design team, Crossroads chose a Butler Engineered building system for their 20,647 sq. ft facility incorporating Butler roof and wall systems, along with conventional materials into the design. Space is split evenly between Administrative Offices and Shop. Form of contract was Design-Build with Scott assuming full responsibility for both Design and Construction.

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Ste Anne Natural Gas Cooperative (SANG COOP LTD.) is the largest rural Gas distribution system in Alberta with service to over 6700 Members and maintaining over 4500 kilometres of gas pipeline. As in the case of Crossroads, SANG chose a Butler Engineered Building System with maintenance free roof and walls and providing an interior column free space for both the shop and administration areas of  17,400 square feet. SANG utilized Scott’s in-house Design Service. Building Delivery Method was Design-Build.
