Project Summary:
This impressive 105,000 sq. ft. facility was built on a 12.5 acre site and comprises Sales & Service, welding, body and paint shops plus a parts area. The Service Shop has 24 bays with two 5-ton overhead cranes, a dynometer bay and gear room. The Body Shop has 14 bays with two full-sized paint booths and a frame alignment area. The 2-story parts area totals 28,000 sq. ft.
Amenities for staff include a full service cafeteria and a rooftop patio.
Scott Builders has also designed and built major facilities for Western Star in Calgary and Red Deer.
