This development includes a fully developed 12.27 acre site complete with retention pond, storage yard, parking areas, and landscaping.
The building is a composite pre-engineered steel facility (bottom 8′ of shop has precast walls) and includes a two-storey operations support area with offices, common areas, change rooms and a multi-bay shop with maintenance, welding, AG service, utility and wash bay.
The maintenance, welding and utility bays are serviced by overhead 10-ton cranes.
