Notes:
Construction of a new 2 storey facility.
Installation of a precast basement and structural steel 2 storey shell.
The basement consists of future lease space, meeting areas as well as washroom facilities.
The main floor is developed as a full serve doctors office with staff offices, exam rooms, lunchroom and washroom facilities.
The second floor is divided into Primary care network space as well as a fully functioning dental clinic.
