Spartan Controls Calgary

Working closely with Spartan Controls, a leading provider of automation, valves, measurement, process control, solutions and services in Western Canada, Scott Builders completed this major expansion project in phases to avoid disrupting busy existing operations. Phase 1 saw an 18’ x 66’ skylight installed plus renovations to 67,813 sq. ft., while Phase 2 consisted of a 2-storey atrium of 35,273 sq. ft. constructed between two existing facilities. It included a kitchen, dining area, fitness centre, change rooms and lounge area.
