Design Team: City of North Battleford, Scott Builders Inc., Barr Ryder (BR2) and Group 2 Architecture Engineering Ltd.
This complex has 4 large buildings in total with Scott constructing 2 of them. They include the Field House at 80,000 sq. ft., with 2 full size soccer fields and an indoor running track. The fields can convert to host conferences and other associated events. The Curling Rink has six curling sheets, accompanying concession and gathering areas. Coordination of all site activities as well as coordinating material deliveries with another contractor on site was a major aspect of this project. Both buildings constructed by Scott used a combination of Butler Engineering Building system and conventional steel.
