This office/shop combines wood frame construction with a Butler Engineered Building system for the shop area. The attractive office includes reception, administration, boardroom and lunchroom, while the shop includes a 6,000 sq. ft. mezzanine, a wash bay with high temperature washer, a welding shop and repair area complete with a three bay grader and truck storage area. In addition, the shop’s mechanical bay is equipped with I-beam rails in the floor to accommodate heavy track equipment.
