Constructed using a Butler Engineered Building system, this office/shop facility includes an open reception area, offices, meeting rooms, a large lunch area and 5,000 sq. ft. of second story undeveloped space for future office expansion. The 5 bay shop encompasses a three bay mechanical area equipped with two 15-ton overhead cranes, a service pit and hoists. Adjacent to the mechanics area is the welding and fabrication bay plus a drive-thru wash bay. Both of these bays have in-floor rails suitable for tracked equipment.
