A retirement party was held recently with over 80 family, friends, staff, and past staff joining together to celebrate with Ralph.
Ralph founded the modern version of Scott Builders when he purchased the company in the mid 80’s. The company was small but had two main assets, a young estimator named Hans Te Stroete and a Butler franchise. With these pieces in place, Ralph strategically added people and branches through the 90s to build the company we know today.
He led our company for many years as President & CEO, then has been working on our Board and in the company to support our growth. While Ralph plans to continue working on the various boards and groups we have, he is looking forward to extended travel adventures and to keep working on his golf game!
