Project Summary:
Leading and long-time truck dealer, Glover International had Scott build this 80,000 sq. ft. facility on an 8.4 acre site, utilizing a full height insulated precast panel building envelope. The building features a uniquely large parts area of 20,000 sq. ft. that supplies other branches and dealerships Glover has all across the province, a state-of-the-art Training Centre, 50,000 sq. ft. of Truck Maintenance and Repair Shop, plus a large 2 story Head Office.

Scott has also built for Glover International in Rocky Mountain House (15,600 sq. ft.) and twice in Calgary. The first building was originally 12,600 sq. ft. and then expanded to 27,600 sq. ft., while the 2nd facility was 27,500 sq. ft.
