This multi-recreational facility is home to two ice surfaces, an aquatic centre  and curling club. It required an extensive upgrade of all public safety services, a renovation to the lobby, multi-gathering spaces and change rooms as well as the addition of public and minor hockey dressing rooms. This public facility remained open and fully operational during construction with Scott working in phases to accommodate the client’s hockey and curling schedules. The 6,825 sq. ft. addition utilized pre-cast wall systems and conventional steel construction.
