This arena facility uses Green Technologies; heat recovery ventilators, high-efficiency boilers, non-CFC refrigeration equipment for HVAC Systems, low-flow fixtures and a careful selection of electrical controls, fixtures and automated lights. The mechanical and electrical systems as well as the ice plant are designed with future growth of a twin arena. Specifications include a 85’ x 200’ NHL sized ice surface, arena seating of 1,700 and non-ice events (i.e. concerts) seating capacity of 3,000.
