Comprises gathering space that is designed to accommodate and cater to the elderly and those with permanent disabilities. Located in Peter-Lougheed provincial park, the lodge provides barrier-free, needs based wilderness accommodations. The building was constructed with a concrete foundation and suspended structural slab that supports a conventional steel superstructure with exposed glulam timber beams. A full height curtain wall looks West toward the mountains and provides access to the large elevated composite deck.

Accessed only by helicopter during the skiing season, and a forestry road during construction, this attractive lodge is completed with high end finishes.
The addition, pictured to the left of the building, is 3 stories of glue-lam beam, timber and wood-framed construction with gypcrete floors.

An inviting, outdoor swimming pool and nearby change rooms makes up this project. It was completed in phases to avoid winter construction work.

This complex has 4 large buildings in total with Scott constructing 2 of them. They include the Field House at 80,000 sq. ft., with 2 full size soccer fields and an indoor running track. The fields can convert to host conferences and other associated events. The Curling Rink has six curling sheets, accompanying concession and gathering areas. Coordination of all site activities as well as coordinating material deliveries with another contractor on site was a major aspect of this project. Both buildings constructed by Scott used a combination of Butler Engineering Building system and conventional steel.

This unique facility was constructed with a precast concrete wall structure. Its height was created for a 60’ tall concrete wind tunnel used for indoor skydiving.

This outstanding building features 3 swimming pools, a field house, fitness area, dance studio, commercial kitchen, playroom, party room, change rooms and supporting areas.

Collaboration was key with the design and construction of this new recreation facility. The layout includes four soccer fields, two tennis courts, running track with Pulastic flooring and a training facility. The building is a Butler Engineered Building system.

In 2010, Scott completed a football field, spectator bleachers and constructed a multi-level ancillary building. Recently Scott doubled the size of the building by adding over 5,000 sq. ft. plus a viewing tower. The ancillary building includes a concession, referee’s change room, 4 dressing rooms, public washrooms and multiple storage areas. The upper two floors house Announcer’s booths and support areas.
