The 47,243 sq. ft. facility supports both customer-facing retail and distribution, providing Trail Appliances with an efficient, centralized location to serve Central Alberta.
Situated on a 6.3-acre site, the project reflects the scale and presence required to support regional operations while maintaining a strong retail experience. Delivered through close collaboration with the owner and consultants, the design-build approach provided schedule certainty, cost control, and a facility tailored specifically to Trail Appliances’ operational needs.
