Scott Builders completed a comprehensive renovation of an existing car dealership at the Trail Appliances Crowfoot location in Calgary, converting the 27,200 sq. ft. building into a modern retail appliance showroom. Delivered through a design-build, cost-plus contract, the project focused on reconfiguring the interior to support Trail Appliances’ retail operations, improve functionality and flow, and create a contemporary customer-facing environment.
