Delivered through a design-build, cost-plus contract, the project focused on reconfiguring the interior to support Trail Appliances’ retail operations, improve functionality and flow, and create a contemporary customer-facing environment. Working within an existing building footprint, the project highlights Scott Builders’ experience delivering precise and well-coordinated commercial renovations.
