The renovation to this brewing facility was extensive with Scott Builders completing demolition work before adding a new cooler and tap room, a new bar area and a new kitchen. An addition was also required with staff room, lunchroom, change room and washrooms being constructed on the second floor. The work on the main floor included the addition of office spaces, a lab and storage areas.
